Diligent service. The staff was on look out for me "dealing with vicious traffic" to get there till the closing minutes, to assure me a quality part. Most places would be swift to deter you till the next business day within 30 minutes of closing time.
I may not have answered the other questions right cause I thought it was for something else, but Mercedes-Benz is top-of-the-line Service

Took awhile to get a loaner car the Service Adviser Edwin should get the highest positive rating. The service Edwin gave me was great way above normal.

I’ve had nothing but frustration with my 2024 Mercedes GLS 480, and I feel obligated to warn other potential buyers.
Since purchasing the car, I've had to bring it in 7 times for repairs, spending a total of 43 days in the shop within a few month period. The primary issue has been the transmission, with the car continuously shifting hard between gears, jerking while driving, and failing to shift smoothly. Despite multiple attempts to fix it—including discussing replacing the engine and transmission mounts, performing downshift adaptations, and following Mercedes-Benz’s TIPS instructions—the problem persists.

Honest and proficient. Great customer service and helpful employees. Being a local medical professional demands that my MB is operating as when purchased. I’m from New Orleans and drove 120 miles to have this car serviced. Amazing multi point inspections and videos for you. You’re always called by your advisor to go over the plan. There’s zero pressure because long term customer service is what they’re doing.
I had a flat tire on my MB and limped into the service center close to closing time. From start to finish the service was exceptional. From the shuttle driver that got me to the rental car place on time, to the car detailer giving advice on cleaning products all the way to the outstanding service I received from the service advisor Edwin Greene. They all went out of their way for me and even stayed late. I highly recommend the service department at MB of Lafayette. The best people.

Mr. Edwin has been really awesome to work with. So friendly and really honest and upfront. I highly recommend Mr Edwin. There also another lady that help me with my tire was flats she was awesome also. I really appreciate the great service. Thanks Mr. Edwin. And I can’t remember the other nice lady that help me. Our experience at Mercedes Benz of Lafayette was wonderful. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We recently purchased a pre-owned C-Class Mercedes for our granddaughter to use for college. Jacob Winters, the sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make your experience a fantastic one. I highly recommend giving Jacob a call if you're looking for a Mercedes.

I think it’s crazy that that same service in Lafayette is $300 more than the same service in Baton Rouge. Other than that charity is a good advisor.
Mercedes customer service is phenomenal! Had an issue with a light coming on and they got the job done! It’s always a pleasure doing business with them!

I had my service done in Escondido, California Mercedes-Benz, on 12/312024, were they installed a new starter for my 2014 C class, had the car shipped to Lafayette Louisiana on 01/10/2025,
As I drove my car. It was fine for about 10 minutes at a light. I heard this loud clicking noise, and I said to myself I hope they did not leave anything loose on my car, long story short I did call Mercedes Benz of Lafayette Louisiana, where they did find Escondido Mercedes-Benz with negligent.
